I have spent my whole life on the dancefloor or behind the decks. My first DJ gig was my own Year 6 Leaver's Party, age eleven, song of the night: White Lines! Rocking out at indie gigs in my teens then sweaty raves in my twenties, and under the stars every year at festivals tiny and gigantic. I've been devoted to music for five decades.
As a founder of the bonkers cult comedy musical idiocy that was Underbling & Vow in the 00's, I curated Bestival's best cabaret and party tent The Knees Up - global beats and queer disco glory took place after dark and ran for seven wonderful years.
SHE IS RISEN is my newest creation - bringing a community of playful, badass women and their men friends, beloveds and allies to the dancefloor for 100% vibes. Happening in London's Canvas &. Cream and Brighton's The Rosehill I am throwing down sets that span the whole history of dance culture from disco and deep house through to rave and jungle with an unashamed side order of pop. I am a regular DJ for Big Fish Little Fish family raves, which I love, playing at Ministry of Sound, Fire & Lightbox, Brixton Jamm, Amersham Arms, Effra Social, Uptown Festival and Camp Bestival. I'm resident DJ at Canvas & Cream in Forest Hill.
Dancing and letting our hair down is so precious, the dancefloor I bring is always warm, playful and fun! I can't wait to bring the vibes to your wedding, birthday, school disco, kid’s party, bar, festival, daytime rave and of course am always ready for a headline slot at a new super cool nightclub in Ibiza!
